Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns/exchanges on items that arrive as-described. Most of items are printed especially for you, so it is seem not financially practical accept returns/exchanges on such items. SO...please be sure you want the item you are about to purchase. If there is a defect with an item, we will happily work to replace it. Photographs of defects on behalf of the buyer will be required. Most items are shipped direct from our printer in order to cut down on shipping time. For this reason items are not personally inspected by us prior to being shipped. If there is a problem with your item please be sure to contact us ASAP. We want to make things right!
Please keep in mind that not all computer monitors are created equal. Therefore there may be color variations from monitor to monitor, meaning that the item you receive may appear differently in person than what your monitor displayed.
